But we don’t stop there. Our flavours are inspired by some of New Zealand’s most iconic treasures, too. Imagine the subtle pairing of sauvignon blanc and cinnamon with oysters – an unexpected twist that is our oyster flavoured chocolate. It is sure to surprise and delight. Or our Paua-inspired creation, where the rich blend of sambuca, coconut cream, and liquorice reveals the beautiful, iridescent colours of Paua when you take a bite.
